Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Lifestyle Haircare. By purchasing a service, subscription, or product from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Service Terms

  • All services are performed by licensed barbers or qualified trainees under supervision.
     
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.
     

2. Appointments & Walk-Ins

  • Appointments are recommended but not required.
     
  • If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other customers.
     
  • No-show appointments may result in a service charge or forfeited subscription credit.
     

3. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
     
  • Plans are non-transferable and may only be used by the named individual(s) on the account.
     
  • Only 1 missed service can be rolled over to the month or otherwise stated.
     
  • Unlimited Plans are intended for regular grooming needs and not for resale or misuse. Excessive use may result in suspension or cancellation at our discretion.
     
  • Changes to your plan (upgrade/downgrade) take effect on the next billing cycle.
     

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of service or upon subscription renewal.
     
  • All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide the service purchased.
     
  • Subscription cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.
     

5. Kids’ Services

  • A parent or guardian must be present for clients under 18 years old.
     
  • We prioritize safety and comfort for children during haircuts. If a child cannot remain safely seated, the service may be paused or rescheduled.
     

6. Health & Safety

  • We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene practices according to state barbering regulations.
     
  • If you have any scalp conditions, skin irritations, or contagious illnesses, please inform your barber before your service.
     
  • For the safety of all clients, we may decline service if a health risk is present.
     

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products used during services.
     
  • Clients are responsible for communicating their desired style and any concerns before the service begins.
     

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
